Whether you are travelling together with your pet or entrusting us to transport them on your behalf, every ride is planned with your pet’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing as the priority.
This service is ideal for ad-hoc trips, routine appointments, and situations where timing and care matter.

Prices range from $33 to $43
Pet owners travel FREE! Clean crate, seat cover, and vehicle sanitized after every trip for you and your pet’s safety and comfort.

Surcharges:
Late Night (9:00 pm - 6:59 am) - $20
Eve and Public Holiday - $10
Other charges:
ERP, entry fees and parking charges will be charged at cost.
Waiting time (after a 5-minute grace period) - $5 per 5 minutes
Cleanup fee if a pet soils or creates a mess in the vehicle - $30

Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
We accept PayNow to mobile number 8788 1500. Please note that no invoice will be issued - your PayNow confirmation serves as proof of payment.

To keep our routes running smoothly, a 5-minute grace period is provided at each pick-up. After that, a $5 waiting time surcharge applies for every additional 5 minutes, rounded up to the nearest 5-minute block.

While we don't arrange flights or provide travel crates, we collaborate closely with professional pet travel agents across Singapore and can ensure smooth delivery to their services.

Yes, we offer smaller sizes of airline-approved travel crates, typically suitable for dogs or other pets up to 15kg. For larger animals, crates are usually rented rather than bought for air travel. Also, please note that you don't need your own crate for local transport with us.

Yes, we can accommodate you or your family members along with your pet at no additional cost. Our air-conditioned vehicles provide flexible transport options, ensuring space for you, your pets, and any luggage you may have.

Our fare covers one pet. Additional pets will incur supplementary charges, which may vary based on the service type, journey, and handling requirements.

On-Demand Rides
Cancellations before a driver has been assigned: no charge
Once a driver has been assigned: a $5 cancellation fee applies
If the driver is en route: 50% of the fare may be chargeable
If the driver has arrived: the full fare may be chargeable
Scheduled Rides
Cancellations made more than 3 days before the scheduled ride are free and fully refundable
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled ride are chargeable at 100% of the fare, as the time slot has been reserved

A $30 cleanup fee applies if a pet soils the vehicle or creates a mess that requires cleaning. This helps us restore the vehicle promptly and maintain a clean, comfortable environment for the next pet on board.

We typically provide separate cages for each pet, but we're happy to place compatible animals together if that's your preference, or if it makes them more comfortable.

As part of our CalmRide™ approach, relief breaks are provided where appropriate to keep pets comfortable. For longer journeys, stops may be included for dogs and puppies. Cats and other animals are generally not taken out during transport.

While we do not require proof of vaccination before travel, it is your responsibility to ensure your pets are properly protected. If we are delivering your pet to a boarding facility, they will need vaccination records, and airlines often require signed declarations from the owner. It's essential to consider the documentation requirements at the destination and provide us with any necessary paperwork.

Yes, we carry standard Public Liability and Business insurance. However, in Singapore, companion animals traveling by road or air are not individually covered for illness or loss unless the owner arranges coverage through a personal pet insurance policy. Organizations like the Liberty Insurance offer such insurance options.
