It is a planned, shared weekday shuttle service that operates on familiar routes with consistent timing, trained drivers, and air-conditioned vehicles. By grouping trips along established routes, we are able to offer a calmer experience for pets and better value for owners who travel regularly - without requiring long-term contracts.

For one-off or ad-hoc transport needs, our Pet Taxi service may be a better fit.

How Daily Shuttle Works

Pawpledge Daily Shuttle operates Monday to Friday (weekdays only).

For safety and efficiency, the Daily Shuttle operates on a handover and takeover basis. Please ensure a responsible adult is present at the agreed pick-up and return points.

  1. Morning pick-up from your home within a scheduled time window (7am - 10am)

  2. Transport to daycare, grooming, or training in air-conditioned vehicles

  3. Evening return to your home after the session (5pm - 8pm)

  4. Same familiar drivers, routes, and routines for your pet’s comfort

Note: Pick-up and return times are estimated windows and may vary slightly due to traffic and route conditions.

One-Way Shuttle (Pay-As-You-Go)

$25 per trip, per pet

Suitable for occasional weekday use or flexible schedules.

Pricing is per pet, per trip - each pet travelling counts as one trip.

  • Daily Shuttle pricing is all-inclusive

  • The Daily Shuttle operates on a handover and takeover basis and does not include door-to-door escorting

  • A 5-minute grace period applies at pick-up; waiting time charges apply thereafter

  • Shuttle Passes are non-refundable and valid for the stated duration from first use
