Eligibility & Redemption
Valid only for active VIP members of Pet Lovers Centre
Bookings are eligible only when made via WhatsApp at 8788 1500
Screenshot/photo of physical or digital VIP card required for verification
Non-transferable and limited to the cardholder
Not stackable with other promotions or discounts
Payment & Booking
All coordination and confirmations are to be done via WhatsApp only
Ride fare is based on ride type and transport requirements
Payment in full via PayNow is required to confirm bookings
Advance booking is advised to ensure availability
Surcharges (additional to ride fare):
Peak Hours - $6
• Weekdays: 6:00 AM – 9:29 AM | 5:00 PM – 8:59 PM
• Weekends: 10:00 AM – 1:59 PM | 5:00 PM – 8:59 PM
Late Night - $15
• 9:00 PM – 5:59 AM
Solo Rides (without pet parents)
• $5 - Handling fee, i.e. driver must leave vehicle to assist pet
• $10 - Per additional pet
Other applicable charges
• ERP, entry fees, parking fees, waiting time fees
• 5-minute grace period; thereafter $5 per 5-minute block
• $30 cleaning fee if pet soils/creates mess
Exclusions
• Not applicable to non-VIP, expired membership, or third-party bookings.
• Not exchangeable for cash, credits, or alternative services.
• Pawpledge may decline bookings that do not meet eligibility requirements.
